I've taken the liberty of rearranging your words from the "Clients Who Lie" Blog series and making them applicable to a cheating spouse.
Not that I know anything about that type of stuff - I just couldn't help myself!
Concealment:The cheating spouse conveniently forgets to mention that the "other woman" you're discussing has been dumped by the main decision-maker.
Falsification: The cheating spouse tells you there is no "other woman", today or a year from now.
Mis-leading: The cheating spouse doesn't tell you that although there is no "other woman" today, a new round of "other women" will be approved next month.
