Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

Prior to being CEO he was President of Global Sales and Marketing for a $420M technology company.  He was tasked with building a global sales force, establishing contract agreements, developing financial pricing models and in charge of developing the corporate brand and marketing the company’s services for worldwide acceptance.  Before that he was Regional Vice President of International Sales in a High-Tech Fortune 500 corporation with annual sales of $3B at the time.  Within a two and half year time period he grew their business from $14M to $98M in annual revenue.  During that time period his sales totals were $162M.

He was selected from over 500 sales managers to join the President’s Advisory Council for excellence in sales and management.  International Experience: His success in sales and management also helped him establish channels internationally.  He has conducted business in Europe, Asia, Latin America, The Caribbean, South Africa, Australia and The Middle East.

Coaching and Planning

In 2002, Victor began donating his time to the Small Business Administrations (SBA) coaching and mentoring arm, S.C.O.R.E. (Senior Corp of Retired Executives).  The mission of SCORE is to help business owners and entrepreneurs define and refine their business proposals, sales and marketing strategy and the overall implementation of a plan.  As a member of SCORE Victor had the good fortune to be exposed to many different types of business plans and implementation strategies in a variety of market niches giving him a well-rounded understanding that different markets have different needs.

Beyond the business plans and marketing strategies, Victor provides the motivation and leadership that an individual needs who is in the process of starting their own business or simply thinking about it.  A big part of Victor’s success as a coach has been his ability to help the other person create a step-by-step implementation plan for achieving their goal.
