Victor's Comments: I took their "Winner Circle" concept and created a DANA Diamond model.  I think this plays off the corporate logo and maintains their Winner Circle suggestions.  I've added some notes and insights to the suggested agenda.  The DANA team seems to understand that when it comes to providing best practices in sales training, you need to integrate (3) components : Strategy, Tactics and Motivation.  I've incorporated those elements into DANA's tentative agenda.
